Celina Olutuyi - Chairperson
Celina Olutuyi is the Chairperson of the Board. She is a retired trader and ‘womanpreneur’. She is a former director of Top-Olax Nigeria Limited and Kay-Precious Nigeria Limited. She is passionate about the empowerment of women as well as their welfare. She currently spends her time with women in the community and the church. For over 20 years, she has been the leader of the Good Women group of Christ Apostolic Church, Warri. She is currently treasurer Good Women Association for Edo /Delta Region.
Adedayo Adesina - Trustee
Adedayo Adesina is a trustee of the foundation. He studied laboratory technology from the University of Agriculture Abeokuta in 1997 and Worked with Falcon Chemical Limited Lagos as a laboratory scientist in Research and development Department (R&D) for eight years before he was transferred in 2006 to the Eastern Nigeria as Eastern Region Manager. He is a product development and re-engineering of raw materials manager for many years. He is currently Technical and Customer Service Manager for the company. He possesses over 20 years of experience in chemical sales, product development and raw materials re-engineering. He is passionate about the development of rural communities as well as its residents.
Olajide Olutuyi - Executive Director & Trustee
Olajide Olutuyi is a Trustee and Executive Director of the foundation. Olajide is a Computer Science graduate from the Federal University of Technology Akure. He also holds a degree in Management from the University of Lethbridge, Canada, a certificate in Social Impact Leadership from the University of California, Berkeley, Haas School of Business and an MBA in Entrepreneurship Management from the Australian Institute of Business. He has worked with several companies in Nigeria, Calgary and Toronto Canada in different capacities most recently as Senior Financial Analyst for Scouts Canada. He is very passionate about entrepreneurship and social entrepreneurship and is interested in the success of entrepreneurs. He is the Managing Director of Top- Olax Nigeria Limited as well as the CEO of Top-Olax Energy Services Limited. His love for community service and the social sector has seen him volunteering for different organizations. From 2008-2012, he was the general secretary of the Yoruba Foundation Calgary (A Nigerian cultural organization), board member and treasurer for Independent Living Resource Center Calgary, a resource centre for people with disabilities from 2012-2013 and Treasurer for Calgary Quest school, a school for special needs children from 2012-2015 where he managed a capital budget of over $10 million. He is also a member of the Rotary Club of Calgary Heritage Park where he currently serve as the director of international services committee. Olayinka Obende - Secretary & Trustee
Olayinka Obende is a trustee and the secretary of the foundation’s board . She started her career with Lubcon Oil, Lagos in 2008 as a Marketing Executive after graduating from the prestigious Covenant University in 2006 with a degree in International Relations. While at Lubcon, she efficiently and effectively developed, managed, and controlled relationships between the company and its target audience. She was promoted to the position of a Commercial Sales Rep. and worked in that capacity for five years. She then moved to Prize Oil Limited Lagos as a Sales Manager In 2013, where she contributed to the increase of sales volume and accomplished great results. In 2016, she was recruited to manage a reputable Spa as a business manager. She led, directed, and supervised the entire business, thereby creating an outstanding experience for both customers and members of staff. She was later promoted to the position of General manager. In 2018, she decided to do her own thing by starting her own business. Her love for good food and of course cooking inspired her to start cooking for commercial purpose. This was being done from the confines of her home, supplying same at some lounges in Ikeja. At some point in time, she was catering for over 120 people daily and did this for a while before opening her own restaurant. She is currently the Managing Director of Everything Rice N' More, Ikeja.
Femi Oshinlaja - Trustee
Femi Oshinlaja is a trustee of the foundation. He is the Group Chief Operations Officer of Cassava Fintech, a Pan African Fintech company. Prior to that he was the Operations Director- Western Nigeria for Airtel Networks a leading mobile telecommunication services provider in Nigeria and a member of Airtel Africa Group Limited where he oversaw the entire operations of Western Nigeria with annual revenue over $154m. He is a multi-skilled business leader with world-class training and experience in business development & innovation, sales & marketing, information technology and digital services monetization. He has a first degree in Engineering and a MBA in marketing with over 17 years work experience spanning the Banking, FMCG and Telecoms sectors having worked for Multinational firms such as British American Tobacco, Nokia, Diageo and Coca-Cola Hellenic in varying geographies across Africa. Femi has a strong passion to excel and lead teams via providing clear direction & breakthrough performance coaching. His strong drive for result, openness to turn challenges into opportunities, customer service orientation, entrepreneurial and ethical approach are core to his personal life and career. He is an advocate for financial inclusion, serves as advisor on varying community development projects and current President of FUTA95-01 Alumni Association.
Dayo Adetiloye - Trustee
Dayo Adetiloye is a trustee of the foundation. He is a serial entrepreneur, International Business Planning and Development Consultant, speaker,trainer, author, blogger and network marketing professional. He holds a Bachelor of Agriculture (Soil Science) from the Obafemi Awolowo University Ile-Ife and a Master of Business Administration (MBA) from the same university. He is an alumnus of the Special Executive Master's Programme (SEMP) in Business Administration, Metropolitan School of Business and Management, United Kingdom UK (MSBM). Dayo is a SMEDAN Certified Business Development Service Provider, a 2016 Fellow of the Tony Elumelu Foundation Entrepreneurship Programme, a 2017 Fellow, Inspire Africa Train-the-Trainer Entrepreneurship programme sponsored by US Consulate Lagos and the Dickey Center, U.S.A. In 2015, he was listed among the Top 50 Innovative Entrepreneurs, BET5 by Diamond Bank and EDC , PAU. Through his training, mentoring, speaking and coaching programmes, he has empowered many young people over the years to start and grow their own business, build wealth, create multiple streams of income and achieve financial independence. He is a Certified Trainer in Design Thinking by the U.S Consulate, Lagos and the inspire Africa Entrepreneurship Institute. He is the CEO, Dayo Adetiloye Business Hub and Executive Director, Dayo Adetiloye Empowerment and Development Initiative. He has consulted for more than 5000 MSMEs in the last 8 years in various industry including Agro-processing, Consulting, Training and Education, Financial services, Waste Management, Renewable Energy, Oil and Gas, Construction, Real Estate, FMCG, Digital Marketing, Information Technology etc. Dayo is currently pursing his Doctor of Business Administration (DBA) at the Unicaf University.
Olubunmi Ihekwaba - Trustee
Olubunmi Ihekwaba is a trustee of the foundation. She is a research scientist presently working in the South-South Zonal Tuberculosis Reference Laboratory, University of Port Harcourt Teaching hospital. She has a Bachelor of Science in Microbiology from the University of Port Harcourt, a post graduate diploma in management from the University of Calabar and a master’s degree in public health from the University of Port Harcourt with other certifications in Logistic Management and Statistical Analysis. She is also experienced in research methods, conducting surveys, data management and data statistical analysis. She has been a youth volunteer and PR for Youth Friendly Center, a University-led community based youth organization in Port Harcourt that uses research, creative methods and materials to give young people information on HIV/AIDS, other Sexually Transmitted Diseases and their overall health. Olubunmi has been very pivotal to the foundation’s activities surrounding community needs assignment.
